JAMES TONNA - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR
has over 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance, specifically Mergers & Acquisitions, Leveraged / De-leveraged Balance Sheet Structures and Complex Working Capital / Supply Chain Solutions.
James’ responsibilities include creating and planning the strategic direction of the Growth Factor group of companies as well as the sourcing of new business. James also builds and maintains client and investor relations.
James has held senior management and industry leadership roles at UFJ Group, Westpac Group and CBA and is highly regarded in the banking industry for the ability to create a bespoke lending solutions which correctly align with the borrower’s aspirations.
BRIAN ANKETELL – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
has 20+ years of experience in SME/ middle market lending in a wide spectrum of industries. Brian is well regarded within the finance industry for deep analytical ability and the ability to manage complex and demanding client relationships.
Brian is responsible for overseeing client relations as well as directing operations in accordance with the Growth Factor group’s strategic plans. Brian leads the product management processes as well as day to day management of budget preparation and financial reporting processes.
Brian has worked in Corporate Banking in a variety of roles across the industry at many of Australia’s largest banks, including ANZ, St George and CBA.
PAUL QUINN - CHIEF RISK OFFICER
has been involved in the banking industry for over 25 years primarily within the corporate and business banking segments.
Paul has extensive experience in portfolio management and credit risk with expertise in the specialist areas including Importers / Exporters, Wholesalers, Manufacturing, Health, Retail, Property Investment and Construction.
Paul has extensive experience in large complex working capital solutions, with a particular focus on acquisition finance, leverage and syndicated lending.
Paul joined St. George Bank - Victoria in 2003 as Head of Corporate Credit Risk and then moved on to take up a lead national role, leading St George Bank’s Manufacturing & Wholesale Division.
In 2008 Paul then assumed the role of Head of Corporate Banking Victoria until 2011 when he moved in to the role of Chief Credit Officer for Bank of Melbourne.
Prior to joining St. George, Paul headed up the Victorian credit risk approval team for Westpac Banking Corporation covering corporate/middle market business banking and agribusiness.
