How Does it Work?

Day 1
            
Insurer issues a repair authority.
Repairer provides these documents to Torque Factor
Invoice is raised and sold to Torque Factor.
Torque Factor Pays 100% of the invoice amount less a retained fee.
If all required documents are received by Torque Factor by 10am, funding in most instances will be issued same day to the repairer.

Day 14
            
Typical repair job complete.
Repairer provides the invoice to the insurer.
Clearance Certificate is provided to Torque Factor confirming work complete and vehicle delivered.

Up to Day 45
            
The Insurer pays Torque Factor directly
